The Best Vegan Mac and Cheese
Mac and cheese are a classic. There are so many variations to this dish and I have to say that I used to really enjoy my mom’s mac and cheese. I used to look forward to her mac and cheese during Thanksgiving. Since going vegan, I have experimented with different mac and cheese recipes and have finally come up with a great recipe. This vegan mac and cheese recipe is budget-friendly and super tasty. So here it is.

Nutritional yeast- this is going to help give this dish a cheesy taste. It’s the key ingredient.
Better than Vegetable Bouillon~ this is going to give your macaroni and cheese an amazing flavor.
The Best Vegan Mac and Cheese
This baked vegan mac and cheese recipe is amazing and full of flavor

Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macoroni
- ¾ cup grapeseed oil
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp paprika
- 5 garlic cloves
- ¾ cup nutritional yeast
- 1½ tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Himalyian pink salt
- 2 tbsp vegan cheese
- 1 tsp better than bouillon vegetable bouillon
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the elbow macaroni in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes or until the macaroni is soft. Drain the macaroni.
- Meanwhile, blend the garlic cloves, paprika, grapeseed oil, almond milk, vegan cheese, vegetable bouillon, mustard, salt, & nutritional yeast.
- To a sprayed 8×8 baking pan, add the drained macaroni. Then, stir in the milk mixture until the mixture coats all of the macaroni.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs then the paprika on top of the macaroni
- Using aluminum foil, cover the mac and cheese and place it in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
